Our upright frigidaire freezer is displaying hi temp of 27 degrees.

My upright frigidaire freezer has the hi temp light on i lost power about a week ago and now my freezer hi temp light is on. What can i do to get temperature down. The power loss light goes on and off intermitenly. Water on the coils may be due to high usage or high humidity.
