The whole body result is what is unique about fluidity because of muscle integration wherein the system forces the muscles to coordinate and work together so one muscle flows into the other creating a proportion. I love the fluidity bar i ve toned and slimmed down my upper torso my neck and my legs are actually more toned longer and more muscular than ever before. I ve added an inch of muscle to my thighs and have muscles busting out all over my thighs and much stronger too.
